You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@freyalondon.com before sending anything back.
Our returns address is in the Netherlands. The customer pays all costs of sending a return back to us, including postage and any customs or import charges on the return parcel. Please check these costs with your post office before sending.
