Free shipping
All orders are shipped free of charge. No minimum order value.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer shipping to more countries in the future.

Where your order ships from
Our products are shipped directly from our international supplier's warehouse. This allows us to offer our collection at the best possible prices.

Delivery times
Orders usually arrive within 8–12 days after being placed. During busy periods, such as holidays or sale events, delivery may occasionally take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs, duties & taxes
All prices include VAT. You will not be charged any additional customs fees or import taxes on delivery.

Multiple items
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking information.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 days, or your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@freyalondon.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
